What to Wear & Bring
- Please wear warm and waterproof clothing, such as a ski jacket, snow pants, snow boots, and non-slip gloves. We also recommend bringing a scarf, beanie, sunglasses, and sunscreen, as sunlight can reflect strongly off the snow.
- Snow gear and snow clothing rental is recommended through the travel agency. Please book in advance to avoid long queues on the day.
Weather & Tour Changes
- Mountain weather can change quickly during winter. In the event of heavy snow, strong winds, road closures, or resort restrictions, the operator reserves the right to adjust the itinerary and will notify guests as early as possible.
- Lift operation depends on snow and weather conditions. Guests are recommended to purchase lift tickets on-site if required. The operator is not responsible for lift closures caused by weather or resort operations.
Skiing & Activity Safety
- Skiing involves certain risks. Please follow all instructions from the guide, instructor, and resort staff, and avoid leaving the group or entering advanced ski runs alone.
- Beginners are encouraged to choose a ski lesson package for proper guidance and a safer first-time skiing experience.
- Guests are responsible for their own belongings. Please do not leave valuables inside the vehicle.

- Skiing is recommended for children aged 6 and above. Snow sightseeing activities are suitable for all ages, but children must be accompanied and supervised by their parents or guardians at all times.

- Temperatures on the mountain can be very low. Non-slip footwear or snow boots are strongly recommended for your safety and comfort.
- Snow gear, snow clothing, and winter accessories must be pre-booked at the time of reservation if required.
- Tour schedules may be adjusted due to weather conditions, traffic, or operational requirements set by Mt Buller Resort.
- A departure notice with final pickup details will be sent via SMS and/or email before 6:00 PM on the day prior to departure. Please ensure your contact information is correct and monitor your messages.
- Should there be any changes to the pickup location or departure time, guests will be notified in advance.
- Travel insurance is highly recommended for additional coverage and peace of mind.
- Please follow all resort regulations and take appropriate care of your personal safety, especially when travelling with children.
