The Experience
Depart from Melbourne in the early morning and travel by coach to Mt Buller. Upon arrival, join a beginner ski lesson arranged by the Mt Buller Ski School and learn basic skiing skills under the guidance of professional instructors.
After the lesson, you may enjoy free time to explore the snow resort, take photos, play in the snow, or continue practising your skiing skills in the designated beginner areas. In the afternoon, meet at the designated meeting point and return to Melbourne.

【Beginner Ski Lesson Information】
The beginner ski lesson is designed for first-time skiers and includes access to designated beginner ski areas.
Lesson availability period: ·Off-peak season: 6 June – 26 June and 31 August – 4 October ·Peak season: 27 June – 30 August ·Children’s lessons for ages 3–6: 20 June – 6 September
3.Lesson arrangements:
For travellers aged 7 and above: ·During weekends, public holidays and school holidays, lessons are held at the Northside learning area. ·Access includes the Northside Express lift, Bonza lift and Gliders Carpet. ·Lessons begin after arrival and equipment fitting, and are available until 2:30 PM. Lessons operate on a flexible “join when ready” basis. ·During weekdays, lessons are held at the Buller Ski School learning area near Village Square. ·Access includes the Bourke St Express lift and Bourke St Carpet. ·Lesson time: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
Please note: Children aged 7–14 must have one guardian present during the lesson.
For children aged 3–6, skiing only: ·Lesson location: Buller Kids Centre ·Lesson time: 1:00 PM – 3:30 PM ·Approximately 5 children per class, subject to Mt Buller’s arrangement on the day ·Includes access to the children’s learning carpet and indoor activity centre
- On selected dates, children’s lessons and adult lessons may be arranged in different learning areas. The actual lesson location and arrangements are subject to Mt Buller’s official operation and announcement on the day.
Guests joining the tour must arrive at the designated pick-up point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. If a guest fails to arrive at the designated pick-up point by the scheduled departure time and misses the tour, the company will not be held responsible.

- 10:00After arriving at Mt Buller at around 10:00 AM, the driver-guide will distribute goggles and gloves to guests who have pre-booked them. The driver-guide will also inform you where to collect your ski equipment, including skis, boots, poles and helmet. After changing into your ski gear in the morning, Mt Buller staff will guide you to the designated beginner learning area to join the beginner ski lesson, which is expected to start at around 11:00 AM. All ski equipment rental included in this package is collected directly on the mountain, so there is no need to carry equipment from the base of the mountain. This makes your journey easier and more convenient.
- After the lesson, you may choose to continue practising skiing depending on your energy level, or take a break at a restaurant. Lunch is at your own expense. At the end of the day, please return all ski equipment on time. If you have rented goggles from us, please return them to the driver-guide when boarding the return coach.
- 15:45At around 3:45 PM, depart Mt Buller and return to Melbourne. The estimated arrival time in Melbourne CBD is around 8:30 PM. Please note that the return time may be delayed or brought forward depending on weather, traffic conditions, road conditions and the operational assessment on the day. Please refer to the actual arrangement. We do not recommend booking evening flights or any other activities on the same day, in order to avoid unnecessary schedule conflicts or losses.

How to Use
- Your tour guide will check attendance and confirm your mobile number before departure. A departure notice will be sent one day before the tour. Please keep your phone accessible and check messages from unfamiliar numbers.
Purchase Notice
This product includes return transfer and a designated beginner ski lesson. Ski equipment rental is included according to the selected package. Travellers aged 7 and above may join the standard beginner ski lesson. Children aged 3–6 may join the children’s ski lesson. Please note that the full package is not available for young children. Goggles and gloves for young children may be purchased at Mt Buller if required. Departure dates are subject to the snow season operation schedule. When booking, please provide each participant’s full name, gender, date of birth, height and weight.
【Accessory Usage Notice】 Goggles, Gloves and Protective Gear
Goggles, gloves and protective gear are specially provided by our company and are only available to tour participants. These items must be booked no later than 3:00 PM one day before departure. After booking, please collect them from our driver-guide on the day of the tour. They are not collected from the ski rental shop. Goggles and protective gear are provided as rental items and must be returned to the driver-guide when boarding the return coach. Gloves do not need to be returned. If any rented goggles or protective gear are damaged or lost, a replacement fee of AUD 50 per item will be charged.
